M.O.M.S. of Marvelous Students

Are moms allowed?Absolutely.

For over 25 years, WATCH D.O.G.S.® has primarily engaged fathers and father figures as volunteers across thousands of school campuses. But the program would not exist without the women already deeply involved in school life, who serve as leaders, supporters, and advocates for bringing positive male role models into schools.

Who they are

The women holding the program up.

While "Dads" is in the program name, many WATCH D.O.G.S.®programs have been sustained by the women already deeply involved in school life. These women serve as leaders, supporters, and advocates for bringing positive male role models into schools, often coordinating the calendar, running the launch event, and onboarding the next year's Top Dog team.

WATCH D.O.G.S.® encourages continued focus on engaging men directly, AND welcomes mothers and guardians into the work. The acronym M.O.M.S. (Moms of Marvelous Students) recognizes every woman who has helped this program go from one school in 1998 to 8,800+ schools today.

The next 25 years

Every Hero of the Hallway.

WATCH D.O.G.S.® is committed to continuing to engage fathers and father figures, while also more actively recognizing the essential role of mothers, guardians, educators, and support staff in building thriving school communities. If your campus runs a WATCH D.O.G.S.® program, invite the M.O.M.S. and all the Heroes of the Hallway to serve alongside the dads.

For Every Student Across America.

Bring it to your school.

The fastest way to support the women already leading the program at your school is to take the free training, then plug in alongside them. Call HQ if you'd rather talk it through first.
