Most programs begin with one parent asking the principal. The fastest first step is watching the free 7 Steps to Success training video. Tell us about your school below and we will email it over the same day, then walk the launch with you. We have helped do this thousands of times before.

What happens after you submit

The training is yours immediately. The rest is human.

    Watch the 7 Steps to Success training

    We email you the free on-demand video the same day. Watch it at your own pace — it walks through everything a school needs to set up and run a program. Share the link with your principal and your Top Dog Coordinator team.

  2. 2

    Confirm with your principal and HQ

    Once your school's leadership has watched the training, our team checks in to answer questions, confirm whether a program already exists at your school on record, and lock the launch date with you.

  3. 3

    Order your Startup Kit

    Schools can pay by purchase order, Title I funds, or PTA budget. HQ confirms every order by phone before any charge is processed and ships the kit so it arrives in time for the kickoff event.

  4. 4

    Host your launch event and go live

    A Pizza Night or similar kickoff at the start of the year recruits your first WatchDOGS. HQ stays available the whole time — you do not have to figure this out alone.
