Starting a new program

The full walkthrough for schools launching from scratch. Covers the seven-step launch process, the launch event templates, and the first-90-days operating cadence. About 22 minutes.

Leading an existing program

For Top Dog Coordinators inheriting a running program. Covers the year-over-year transition, the schedule reset, and what to do in the first month. About 14 minutes.

Day on duty for a volunteer

The quick-start for a dad signed up to volunteer his first day. Covers the uniform, the dog tag, what to expect in the schedule, and what NOT to do. About 7 minutes.

WATCH D.O.G.S.® suggests the Watch Dog School Representative, Top Dog Coordinator, and Top Dog Team listen to the training at least once each year. Individual dads who plan to volunteer for a single day only need to watch the 7-minute Day on Duty variant.
