We recommend this content for your Watch Dog School Representative, Top Dog Coordinator, and your Top Dog Team. An effective and sustainable program will be the result of collaboration between parents and educators sharing responsibilities and promoting the program among other members of the campus community. Who this is for
The lead volunteer for a program (male or female). The Coordinator runs the calendar, owns the relationship with the principal, and trains incoming team members.
Other selected fathers and father figures who serve as council members. Chair, vice-chair, recruiter, secretary, treasurer, event lead, and rotating members.
Staff members or parent liaisons who connect the program to the school office. Often a school counselor or office staff member.
